1. CHAKRA EXPERIENCE ISLAND RETREAT

Chakras or “wheel of light” in Sanskrit are subtle energy centers that direct life force energy for physical and spiritual well being. Through each charka we gain a deeper understanding about how we experience life, and why we experience it the way we do; how we perceive reality and why; and how we relate to ourselves, others and society.

In this retreat, we will experience island life on the magnificent island of Koh Yao Noi through the perspective of our chakras. Each day will have a focus on the chakras that includes a balance of practical information and hands on learning activities such as yoga postures, meditation, bio-energetic exercises, sound healing, dance, creative arts and immersions in nature of the island, may include kayaking, hiking, swimming, dancing.

We will also look into the energy part of the body where the chakras are located and learn the basic attributes of each chakra and do personal assessments of our own chakras using different hands-on methods that can help create balance and healing. 

The Chakra experience is led by Nicole who has been joyfully sharing her love of the chakras through leading Chakra Experience workshops and providing personalized services in the United States. She is excited to share and expand her already successful workshop program into the natural environment and beauty of Thailand.

2. GODDESS EMPOWERMENT RETREAT

6 days 5 nights all inclusive retreat at ISLAND YOGA 1-2 yoga classes per day, meditation, activities, accommodations and all meals. Min 4 goddess…. Sorry guys women only!

Join us for a celebration and exploration of the Goddess in all of her magnificent forms as we embark on a mystical adventure into sacred femininity.

Connect with an amazing and inspirational group of women as we express and uncover the Goddess within each one of us, while finding our inner and outer balance between strength and surrender. Interconnected within the heart between sisters, we will collectively create a space of learning, expression and introspection to experience our true selves in a joyful, beautiful, and sacred way.  Each day will have the perfect balance between outdoor adventure, yoga, meditation, mystical dance, sacred ceremony, sharing, transfiguration, self-inquiry, sparkles, bindis, bangles, and an abundance of delicious Goddess fun! 

With the support of mother earth on the beautiful island of Koh Yao Noi, we will take time to be in nature through a day of rock climbing on the limestone karst towers, a day of kayaking in the lush waterways of Tha lane, beach yoga, nature walks, and enjoying sunsets and sunrises on the beautiful white sand beaches of the island. We will have a regular yoga and meditation practice, mixed with plenty of time to experience various aspects of the Goddess through mystical dance, group processes, and transfiguration. This journey gives us the opportunity to explore our connection in sisterhood, as we go deeper into experiencing our sacred feminine power and celebrate the Goddess in each one of us.

Prices for all programs are based on the type of accommodation that you choose and the number of people occupying the room. There are options for AC (Air-conditioned) Deluxe, Deluxe and Budget. Regardless of which accommodation you choose, you will still receive the same love, care and beautiful classes/programs.
