GENTLE & RESTORATIVE - Gentle yoga postures with focus on the breath with relaxing Restorative Yoga postures and deep guided relaxation. Great for beginners, seniors or for people that want want to decompress and let go!

Restorative yoga is often referred to as "active relaxation." By supporting the body with props we stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance, relaxation and renewal of body and mind. It is designed to release deeply held tensions, sooth the nervous system, strengthen the immune system and refill our spiritual wells.
It also includes a combination of breathing exercises, gentle stretching poses, and guided relaxations or yoga nidra.

YOGA NIDRA- Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, subconscious needs, where one achieves true relaxation. During the practice of yoga nidra, one appears to be sleep, but the consciousness is functioning at the deeper level of awareness. It is state of mind in between wakefulness and dream. People have found a constant practice of Yoga Nidra restructures and transforms the whole personality from within.

The practice of yogic relaxation has been found to effectively reduce tension and improve psychological well being of people suffering from anxiety. The autonomic symptoms of high anxiety such as headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating, abdominal pain respond exceptionally well to yoga nidra. Practicing yoga nidra successfully decreases the time required to fall asleep, thereby curing insomnia. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.
